AllPost MediaTerms of Service
1. The service
AllPost Media is a private software tool, operated by the creator Snokzy, that prepares short videos and publishes them to TikTok, YouTube, Instagram and Snapchat accounts through the official APIs of those platforms. Each post is published only after the account owner has reviewed the preview, the caption and the settings, and confirmed. AllPost Media is not offered to the public.
2. Accounts
- Accounts are connected only through each platform's official login and consent screen. AllPost Media never asks for passwords.
- Only accounts owned or managed by the operator may be connected.
- An account can be disconnected at any time in the tool or from the platform's settings.
3. Content
- Only content that the account owner created or has the right to publish may be published through AllPost Media.
- The account owner remains responsible for everything published and must follow the rules of each platform, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, the YouTube Terms of Service, the Instagram Terms of Use and the Snap Terms of Service.
- When a post promotes a brand, product or service, it must be disclosed using the platform's disclosure tools, which AllPost Media shows before publishing.
4. Acceptable use
AllPost Media must not be used to publish spam, misleading or illegal content, to impersonate anyone, or to get around a platform's limits or rules.
5. Availability
The platforms can change or limit their APIs, reject a post, or remove content. AllPost Media is provided "as is", without warranty, and is not responsible for posts that fail, are delayed, or are removed by a platform.
6. Privacy
How data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests: Data deletion.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated; the new version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
