Data Deletion

Effective date: October 11, 2026

AllPost Media only keeps the access tokens and post history of the accounts connected to it (see the Privacy Policy). There are three ways to delete them.

1. Disconnect the account in AllPost Media

Removing an account from the tool deletes its access tokens immediately, together with its post history.

2. Revoke access from the platform

• Google / YouTube: Google security settings (third-party access) → AllPost Media → Remove access
• TikTok: Settings and privacy → Security and permissions → Apps and services permissions → AllPost Media → Remove access
• Instagram / Facebook: Facebook Settings → Apps and websites → AllPost Media → Remove (or Instagram Settings → Website permissions → Apps and websites)
• Snapchat: Settings → Connected apps → AllPost Media → Remove app

Once access is revoked, the stored tokens can no longer be used by anyone. Removing the account from the tool then deletes them.

3. Ask us

Email contact@allpostmedia.com with the subject "Data deletion request" and the username of the account. We delete all related data and confirm by email within 30 days.
